Online Ordering

The best way to order the Power Rings is via our website. Our transactions are processed over a secure connection by Authorize.Net, the industry leader in online credit card processing. It is safe, secure and you will be additionally protected by your credit card company. We do accepts money orders as well. If you order by check, we must wait for the check to clear before shipping out the order. This can take 4-7 days.

Ordering Instructions

1. Click on "Add to Cart" next to the product you wish to purchase.
2. Fill in all of the appropriate fields, including quantity and zip code.
3. Click the "Continue Shopping" to purchase additional products or "Checkout" button to view your order summary.
4. On the next page you will enter your shipping/billing address, contact information and credit card information. Please fill in all of the required fields. The fastest and most secure method of ordering is via our website. However, we do accept orders by mail in the form of a check or money order, payable to Power Athletes, LLC. Add all of the items you wish to order into a shopping cart to find out the total price of your order.

Shipping Policy

We ship all domestic orders via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. International and APO orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. No tracking numbers are available with this service. We can ship internationally via FedEx if you wish to pay additional shipping charges. The cost is typically triple the standard price. Power Athletes, LLC is not responsible for any additional customs charges or import fees. The packages cannot be marked as "gifts".

UK Shipping

We now stock inventory in the United Kingdom. Items stocked in this warehouse have free shipping included. Out of stock items are shipped from the United States and will require additional shipping charges to be added after you make the purchase. We will contact you to let you know how much this will cost. If you see a charge in the "Taxes and Shipping" field in the shopping cart, this is the VAT tax. It is not a shipping charge. Most shipments are sent via Royal Mail First Class packet. Shipping times are typically 2-4 business days. Shipment from the UK typically saves you $40 and 15-20 days.

Canada Shipping

We now stock inventory in the United Kingdom. Items stocked in this warehouse have free shipping included. Out of stock items are shipped from the United States and will require additional shipping charges to be added after you make the purchase. We will contact you to let you know how much this will cost. If you see a charge in the "Taxes and Shipping" field in the shopping cart, this is the GST tax. It is not a shipping charge. Most shipments are sent via Canada Post Expedited parcel. Shipping times are typically 2-6 business days. Shipment from our warehouse in Canada typically saves you $30 and 10 days.

Shipping Quotes

For an accurate shipping quote, you can add whatever products you would like into a shopping cart. After you enter your country and  zip/postal code, hit the "recalculate" button and you will receive a shipping quote and total price. Adding the products to your shopping cart does not imply that you have purchased them. They can be removed any time before checkout.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate information. Any items sent to an incorrect address or returned can be re-sent at the expense of the customer.

Tracking Numbers

Tracking numbers are e-mailed automatically when an order ships for all shipments within the continental United States. These e-mails are sent from FedEx. If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours, it is possible that you entered your e-mail address incorrectly when you made your order. International shipments will not have a tracking number, unless the customer agrees to pay additional fees for a FedEx shipment.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise, in "like new" condition, within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.  All returns must be returned to Ring Training freight prepaid.  To return merchandise, request a Return Authorization (RA) number from customer service via email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will ship a new one at no cost after 14 days (30 for international) has elapsed or the shipping company has confirmed the loss. Any packages lost due to customer error will be re-shipped at the expense of the customer. This can occur if an incorrect address is given. If the package is returned to us, the only additional expense is the cost of shipping and a small handling fee to cover warehouse expenses. If the package is not returned to us, we will send a new package at a discounted price. If the package is lost due to our own error, we take full responsibility and will send a new package right away.

Warranty

Every product is covered by a 2 year warranty against breakage. The 2 year warranty will provide a replacement in the event of damage or any manufacturing defect. The warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, dents, scratches or abrasion. Our equipment is designed for fitness training only. If a component is damaged and cannot be used safely, please contact us and we will make arrangements. Evidence of damage must be presented in photographic form (or returned via mail) and include a description of the cause of the damage. Intentional damage or damage due to misuse is not covered by the warranty.
The nylon webbing straps included with our products must be treated with care. If you attach them to an abrasive surface such as wood, be sure to protect the straps by laying a towel down first. Exposure to direct sunlight can cause premature aging of all plastic components, including straps. It is best to store your equipment out of direct sunlight.
